MyCertOnline provides digital online certification courses delivered instantly upon purchase. Because course materials are made available immediately and certificates are generated electronically, all sales are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • Certificate has not been issued or downloaded
  • No quiz or exam attempts on record

  • Request made more than 3 days after purchase
  • Course content has been accessed or started
  • Certificate has been issued or downloaded
  • Any quiz or exam has been attempted

3 How to Request a Refund

4 Processing & Timeline

Once we receive your request we'll review it and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5 Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are considered a violation of our terms of service.
